The new Prospect Lounge is a grand room of relative privacy and great comfort. Members relax in front of a roaring fire in wintertime, meet friends for backgammon, choose from a selection of books, or revive the art of correspondence at writing desks where writing paper and pens are provided for your convenience. For the weary traveler, it is an especially wonderful oasis.
Complimentary coffee and tea are served Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 5:00pm. If you would like something from the bar, the waiter on duty or a call to the bar on the house phone will quickly bring you your desired drink.
The handsomely appointed Prospect Lounge, with fireplace and fine furnishings, may be reserved for a reception or cocktail party. With a capacity for 200-250 people, it is the perfect place to host business functions, banquets, or social affairs from a birthday party to a wedding reception.
